Congress could vote on legislation in the coming months, and Kline plans on working with Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee Chairman Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) to send major K-12 education reform to the White House for the first time in more than a decade.

The U.S. House of Representatives has been debating a number of bipartisan proposals that would enhance existing aid for runaway and homeless youth and improve identification and assessment of child sex trafficking victims.
